Ok, I've only been playing about a month and I'd like a little advice. I'm currently a desperado(, and thats it in BH 0040) and a novice pistoleer(and i do mean novice, 0001, although i almost have 1 on third column). Anyway, I have recently migrated my stats all to my three mind bars, with the actual mind and willpower maxed out. I figure this way once i get buffed i can do as many sp attack as i want and not have to worry about my mind at all(i use two brandies too). And w/ buffs my health and action and their recharge rates should be high enough that getting killed shouldnt be a concern either. Does this sound right to you vets out there?

i thought of that, but w/ a 2k+ buff in the action recharge pool, shouldnt that pretty well handle it?

Everyone I know that PvPs puts the smallest amount of points into H and A and all the rest into M and its secondaries... it's what I have and it works a charm for PvE too, aslong as you get either some whiskey and/or mind buffs to go with your doc buffs

I fought for the first time today w/ my changes stats, which i mentioned above, and as you said, its unbelievable how effective it is. I didnt even come CLOSE to even THINKING i was in danger

the difference is night and day. ive been running around with 1000 mind/focus/willpower for months. I dont know why anybody wouldnt want to do this who is a combat oriented player.

i don't bring mine down so much. I take my health and action to 600, secondaries around 500-600 and then have 900 mind, 600 focus and 550 willpower, i always get dancer and entertainer buffed, got brandy and canape, then thristerhead ormoun and powerboost. I was thinking of bringmy sedondaries for health and action down to raise the main bars up so my powerboost raised it more. But i can get 5k ham this way.
