what branch of the pistoleer tree should i work on first??...or should i do the first row then second and so on....??

Melee defense 1 helps a lot too, you need combat xp for that. So when you get it, it is awesome for PvE. Ya, I would say work from right to left.

Go up the techniques tree (Fanshot). Use Body Shot 2 all the way. Then pick up the accuracy tree. Then get the dodge. The speed tree will slowly ocme along with combat xp.

I did it the hard way, I went from grips to techniques, then to stances, and finally to marksmanship. Well, it's not that bad =)
