I am sick of answering this question over and over again, so i thought I would just post it up again for you guys since you all read the forums I typed that all up in a reply to somebody's question about the speed cap and i referenced some ways of calculating it in that reply but it kinda got buried over time and i thought this would be more useful.

Great job, djswift2k! If you want to clean it up a little more, you can use a fixed width font. Just use the html tag:

Ihope you guys like the new formatting. unfortunately i couldnt paste my table i have out of game in there, and thats why i had to manually retype it in the first place /shrug.

overcharge shot 1 and 2 are the same? that's crazy... i'd have thought oc shot 2 would do more damage...
