Pistol speed +10 or 1hand accuracy -10
I have a AA that is +10pistolspeed/-101hand accuracy.
Wanted to find out which would stick before selling.

The larger mod will stick, in the event of a tie the mod listed first will stick. The best way to be certain with these is to drop a low mod of the same type as the one you wish to negate on the clothing/armor first.
i.e you have a +25 dancing BF healing/+25 pistol speed tape you want to use. By putting a +1 dancing BF healing tape into the item first you force the pistol speed mod to stick when you apply the dual mod tape second.
On the tape in question the pistol mod would stick without help.

in my experience the only way to get the second mod to stick was to put a mod wihta higher # in first, usualy when you put a mod of the same type witha higher # is +1 then a +25 to teh same the sockets are still taken, but the mod is overridden and upgraded to the higehr one. I could be wrong about this, but tahts my understanding of it. I havent had problems using higher mods to do it in my own experiencesthough.
