I'm already speed cap'd so an I wasting my time with combat prowess?

Not if you are doing the accuracy tree. If you are already speed capped then the FS ranged speed tree is useless.

Well dont think so fast you might be maxed out skill mod wise on the pistol stats but im a master pistoleer and i unlocked ranged speed and acc ,the skill mods you get are enhanced ranged acc and enhanced ranged speed !i dunno for sure But ever since i unlocked them i seem to be better with the pistols.ALOT better! LOL

if you have master pistoleer and are capped in attackments for +25 then you don't need it.
p.s. how much extra accuracy do you get for the ranged accuracy tree.

isnt it true that the FS skill are turned into percents at the combat revamp? That was my understanding. So 12 fs speed will turn into 12percent which can go beyond any caps. Not sure on this. Does anyone have this same info?

No, because its not helping anyone right now. It's broken and the ranged speed is not working at all. But the melee speed is good for ANY weapon, melee or ranged. Go fig.
