Depends if you plan on using speed-sliced pistols or Damage-sliced pistols.

You'll need somewhere 90+, believe 97 is the minimum for capping all specials with all guns. So you'd need +23 from SEA's -_-
Accuracy doesn't have a cap, so the more the merrier.

Weapons cap at +100 Speed. Each special has a different speed delay modifier, so certain specials fire slower than others (eg. Stopping Shot fires slower than HealthShot2.) If you want to cap you weapons you'll need +100. +97 will cap up to about 3.2, but anything slower than that (if you have it) will require more speed.

I think you need a 1.8 or 1.9 speed pistol to speedcap with every special as a master pistoleer. If you don't have guns that fast, try to aquire anywhere from 21-25 in pistol speed tapes and attachments, and you can cap with just about any gun.

You can't cap any pistol at Master Pistoleer, unless it's a 1.0 speed pistol.
Master Pistoleer gets +74 Pistol Speed, which is, ironically, the number at which Stopping Shot and Last Ditch fire at the speed of the weapon firing them. They are your slowest specials, and unless you have a 1.0 or lower Pistol, you can't cap these specials with only Master Pistoleer.

The speed formula better be changed in the CURB. It's just silly as is.

I stand corrected. Go to this nice SWG Damage Calculator to figure out what you can do with what pistol.

You'll need all the speed you can get to make a DE-10 effective, unless you have some good Krayt tissues and a speed slice.
