I have some 43dmg -0.40 speed tisues what kind of geno blaster could i make w/ it?

Can Anyone tell me the stats?

Well the stats vary from server to server - so hard to give an exact answer. Assuming your weaponsmith has similar resources to mine if you put 5 x 43 Damage Tissues and 1 Base Yellow Geo Cube in there you would get something like

2.3 Speed and 270 Max Damage.
