just wondering if it has a different certification lvl than the modified one. also when you view the modified ones, do they list marksman 3 as their requirement?

The Republic Blaster is essentially the same as the Modified Republic blaster. The only difference is that the Modified Republic blaster has a bleed effect on it and the regular Republic blaster doesn't.

If all you're finding are Modified Republic blasters, I think that's a good thing, lol.

republic blasters are certified at novice pistoleer

There were a few republics made that were useable by anyone.. a bug in the certification. I know I used one of these to get to novice pistoleer and thoughout a little of pistoleer.
