hokay....i was going to the geo caves for a guild hunt today, when i happen to run into 2 black sun assassins (around 40k health)and 1 thug (12-15k health). i couldn't resist the opportunity to get some bounty hunter armor, so i hopped off of my bike, stored it, and tried to draw the thug out. unfortunately, the two assassins attacked too. thinking quickly i tried to hop back onto my bike, only to remember i stored it. so i decided then that they could kill me, but i wasn't going down without a fight. i used torso shot to get a nice 900 flame dot ticking and used health shot one, two, and bleed shot with my modified republic blaster to start a nice 400-500 bleed going. i ran around in circles and shot like crazy. the thug went down quickly, but i thought the assassins would kill me. i got bleeds and flame dots ticking on them, and started spamming health shot two. it seemed crazy how fast they died. this just proves pistoleers can kill high-level guys.

and no, i didn't get any armor.

nice going, but most of the specials you used do not belong to pistoleers. I am not a BH and have

no desire to spend half my skill points to become one so I can be a "good pistoleer"

the devs are doing some amazing things with these new publishes and I SINCERELY HOPE

the CURB will make my chosen profession, MASTER PISTOLEER, finally "good".

Yea. I agree.

Put all the pistol mods into pistoleer.

Give BH's DoT/ensnaring specials. Give smugglers evasive specials.

Make Pistoleer stand in its own right. You must give Novice Pistoleer significant mods to ensure that both smuggler and BH don't have to rely too heavy on pistoleer to be decent in their own right though.
