You have +155 Pistol Accuracy and +15 Pistol Accuracy while Standing from what you've said.

With that you will have 29 Pistol Accuracy while Standing which will count, as I understand it,when standing, as opposed to kneeling, prone or running.

Since accuracy is tied to your opponents ranged defense then more is better.

Whether or not you will notice the effect of the extra mod is debatable, but on the whole I'd say more accuracy of any kind is a good thing.

I may be off on how Pistol Accuracy while standing works as well.

I think you are right on about the PAWS mods. It will work while you are standing still. I think your pistol accuracy mod is used for standing, kneeling, and prone as well as on the move. However, you add any standing mod to it while standing and any moving mod to your total accuracy while you are running around.

So you should have 155+29 = 184while standing (I think)

155 while prone
