just a quick question, do these mitigations keep stacking or just stop at range/melee mitigation 3, currently im a master pistoleer and working on smuggler. With master pistoleer, all of dirty fightning, and master fencer will all that mitigation provide awsome defense along w/ capped out dodge?

It only ever uses your Best Ranged, and Best Melee mitigations. You can have both ranged and melee going at the same time(if you have them) but they don't stack in any sort of way. So you will never have anything more than Ranged/Melee Mitigation 3.
