Thread: What is better in Pistoleer? 4000 or 0400 or 0040 or 0004?

I have Novice Commando for the LP, which isa fun gun. Anyway, what are the best Pistoleer skills to compliment it? I currently have 0033 Pistoleer forStopping shot and the speed and melee defense for the last column. Is this the best I can do in the Pistoleer tree with only a few skill points to use? It also lets me use my 350 Max Damage Geo (that is with a powerup).

the only skill tree worth anything in pistoleer is the 0004 line. healthshot2 is the most effective overall pistoleer shot and is a sad statement on the pistoleer profession in their broken state.

0-0-4-0 if you can. Mitigation and defense and fanshot with a geo is always fun. Also fanshot on a turret with the LP.

The accuracy lineis a huge boost but without greater speed it is pretty worthless. Actually they are al pretty bleh without a pretty big speed boost. If you have +25 speedin SEAs then either accuracy or specials.

i read that smuggler specials along with the launcher pistol are really effective
you won't be nearly as fast though, but if you can dabble in both, then grab the last line (needs combat xp) for higher speed

Ya thats a blast(pun intended) I used to love unloading on anything next to a group of people , esspecially newer people. But you may have to be careful if you have a friend with an older slower system. I was hunting with a friend and some big critter ran up and was chewing on him and I kept using low blow to get it to lay down , but what I didn't relaize was I had completely choked up his system with the big kabooms.

I actually think that you should get some accuracy, unless you've got something else you should have enough points for 0/3/3/3 or hell if you want it all just get MGunfighter, still though if your only working with 24 SP then what youve got probably is best

I love goign in groups with one and everyone whines about it, just makes mespam the fastest attack I can.
