Just wondering what pistol speed and accuracy cap at...

100 is the cap for speed, yet you may not even need that much if your pistols are fast and you arent using very high delay specials

There is no cap for accuracy...get it as high as you can/want

They cap at the same speed every other weapon Speed/Accuracy do.

for (most) pistols, the speed cap is around 88

You can fire any special possible for pistols, with any pistol, at once a second at +100 speed. Pistoleer (master)gives you +74.
