I was talking to a pistoleer the other day who claimed that by becoming a Master Pistoleer / Fencer he had achieved a dodge skill superior to any other pistoleer .... now, correct me if i am wrong, i have only been playing 2 1/2 months, but upon achieving master pistoleer you are capped right??? .... At mst pistoleer your dodge should be 105 .... with 100 being the cap. If i am mistaken please tell me so i can rethink my template.

Yeah, BadgerSmaker is right about the Dodge cap. At least until the CURB arrives...
