Last night I found a vendor on Intrepid that must have had over a thousand skill tapes. For pistol I noticed a few
Accuracy
Aiming
Accuracy while standing
What skill enhancers are most important for pistoleer? I want to spend my money wisely.

Speed and accuracy. Aiming tapes enhance one of the marksman skills from the ranged support tree. The first ranged support box gives you a skill called Aim, which in exchange for 1 round of fire enhances your accuracy on your next shot. So unless you want to fire half as often Aiming before each shot, go for speed and accuracy tapes.

Thanks for the reply. One the speed thing, I thought at master pistoleer we got enough speed mods that made speed almost a non-issue. Since the true fire rate can't drop below 1.0. Is it worthwhile getting speed tapes? Does it help with special attack delays?

Pistol Speed tapes will allow you to shoot special attacks faster also.
At Master Pistoleer speeds typically only speed sliced elite pistols can be shot at 1/second and only for the faster specials (Fan Shot, etc).
I have 2 +9 Pistol Speed modifiers and its a HUGE difference. Damage rate inreases exponentially with pistol speed skill.

accuracy while moving
never ever ever get aiming or accuracy while standing
you need to be standing still to aim...and well accuracy while moving is just much better than while standing
think about when you're fighitng a melee guy, im sure you'd much rather be running your booty off
