Thread: New Master Pistoleer on Test Center

I finally got access to the Correspondent Terminals on TC (they are like little experience fountains for correspondents so they can jump right in and start testing without the grind). We get a free ride on all novice professions, and master in the elite profession that we respresent. We are still bound by 250 skill points, of course.
Ever wonder what the window looks like? Also, some screenshot proof of the little cookie on it's way.
Now I can start testing the new stuff before it hits live for all of you. I already played around a bit last night (only a couple of missions), and the dodge animation fix seems to be in business. It simply doesn't display when you are running (you still dodge, there is just no animation).

Thanks for the screen shots! Its nice to see a fellow Lokanian brother on the TC giving it his best.

Ok if novice pistoleer you get the republic blaster what about the dx2? What our are certsin the rest of the trees then? Or is the republic blaster our new pistoleer pistol? Worried mynew 16m dx2s are worthless with this info.

He probably just didnt scroll down to show DX2 still in there. Which im sure it is. They are just adding a pistol to our toybox bud not takeing one away.

cool.
This is going totick offalot of artisans who have republic blasters since its the only affective weapon they have.
But cool non the less for us pistoleers since we will now get better bonus for using it, correct.

They aren't "giving " us anything, they are taking it away from all the other proffs. We already have this gun in our toolbox. It is nice to see all that " make the RB a pistoleer gun" noise was heard, but they left this gun as no cert for too long, a lot of folks are gonna really miss this gun and we are gonna get the blame for it.

Well, not our fault if it wasn't programmed right. Good to see people realize mistakes, now, lets get our specials fixed and we're golden!

Eh...I'd rather we be useful than having a cert fix(big deal =/)...but I'm sure the cert fix wastons easier to implement. I was with my Swordsman friend the other day in the Geonosian Lab, and her Power Hammer was often doing upwards of 5k damage, just in the combat window. Not to mention she was using her best special(and slowest I'm guessing) at the speed cap, and her weapon is AP2 and blast damage, wich many things are vuln to. We don't have any AP2 weapon, or any at all that hits for over 3k(let alone 5k)regularly, and it takes a .9 speed gun for me, a Master Gunfighter,to fire my specials at the speed cap. But, we did get the Republic Blaster taken away from those Novice Artisans, w00t! Thank God,they needed a nerf.
Sorry for the rant...I'm a little frustrated today as you can see.
