Get your state defenses (and fanshot/stopping shot) for sure, then accuracy might be your wisest choice.

Gulerin D'iavola, Gunslinger and Corpse-for-Hire....

Defense is a must, and id do either 3 trees in speed or accuracy. I think ud have better luck with accuracy tho

IMO, don't take Pistoleer. You can be waaaaaay better/more effective with skills in TKA. But, If you must, I'd suggest the Fanshot Tree, and the Speed Tree. 0/0/4/3.
