Pistoleer Archive

I was thinking of this template, can anyone give me some feedback on this:

Master Marksman: 4444

Master Pistoleer: 4444

Scout: 4000

Bounty Hunter: 0040

Brawler: 0400

Fencer: 4030

Is that an effective template? I know pistols suck, but that should give me enough melee protection and damage capabilities with pistol to take on most things, be effective in PvP even? I dont PvP much, mostly PvE, so any feedback would be appreciated.
