I just had my Trans Supressor Pistol sliced and I have to say that if elemental damage works how I think it does it looks pretty BA. I got a full damage slice with a speed and critical shot chance. Takes it up to the following stats.
Speed:
1.96(+0.04)
Damage:
386.64 - 772.20(+28.64/57.20)
Elemental:
120
BaseDPS:
328.25 => 356.85(+28.60 = +8.71%)
But does anyone know how exactly elemental damage is added to theregualardamage? I'm thinking that its added directly to the damage that is used for the damage calculation of the shot. If that's the case, then I have just ended up with a pistol of a min damage 506. With a 30% dmg pup, that skyrockets to a min of 620!!! That means that at minimum (against any target no matter how high their rangeddefenses are like say a MDef), my Advanced Critical (1.9 modifier) would fire 1180 before any armor ormitigation.
Anyone know if my math and speculations are correct?

I tried some calculations with that, but it was a bit off, but it'll give you a good idea what to expect damage wise.

Hmm,that says im supposed to be doing 724 damage to a cl80 opponent with ranged shot but I'm only doing 411 in game. That formula is really strange, and from my understanding of it, would be inaccurate if anyone had different damage or accuracy from him when he was testing it because that would cause the constant (.0006...) to be off.
Besides I thought that everyone agreed that dps and min damage dont do anything in pve, yet this formula is based off of average damage and not max damage. Thus, I am confused.
