What is currently the best pistol?
If the DE-10 isn't the best currently, what is?
And I'm trying to make the best DE-10 I can, I know I need the barrel and Schematic looted from the DWB. What other things would be needed to make the best version of this gun possible?

100+ krayt tissue and a yellow barrel will help alot...oh and pray for a 30% dmg slice. i used 112 tissue in mine with a yellow barrel and 23%dmg slice for a 490 withou pup. and the ws who made mine had 2 others made with 120's tissue for 520ish de-10 un pup'd

Wouldn'tyou pray for a 35% damage slice?
Personaly, I'm going to hold onto my DE-10 until the Smuggler upgrade happens, and I can get my Damage sliced by choice, not by chance.
