I wouldn't count on it in a publish, maybe the SE when it comes out.

dont be silly, it will be out around the same time when devs stop nerfing because the game becomes balanced......

Why wont they let us have dual-pistol? Its cool and it might solve the speed/damage question? Or am i just "ute och cyklar" as we say in sweden when you dont know what you are talking about?
