Thread: Observation about Health Shot 2

Was watching the combat chat screen tonight and noticed that the DOT of health shot 2 was exactly 20% of what the shot originally hit for-this was using an fwg5, havent tested it w/ anything else, but assuming it's true for all weapons.
Just thought it might be a useful piece of info--

I have not found this to be true for me. I've watched the combat spam as well when using health shot, and it seems to be comparable.

Sorry if i wasnt clear, but I think you misunderstood-I meant that the bleed itself was for 20% of the damage the shot originally hit for-ie, the damage done every ten seconds or so after the shot

Based on very casual observation I would agree that sounds right. I also notice bleed damage takes away from the weapon experience.. Not sure if this is a new thing or not because I've been a TKM for awhile (no bleeds).

The "over time" damage takes from experience, but still counts toward loot rights.
And yes, it does appear that the "over time" damage is 20% of the "initial hit" damage.
