go all the way to BH 0040, I have a base speed of 127, then toss down some snow cake, and take your pistols stim! yaay!

As the subject says, I'm a Master Pistoleer + Master Bounty Hunter. Am I speed caped already?

Even at BH 0020 and Master Pistols, you are at +99 speed.

Speed cap is very nice with guns that you REALLY want a damage slice on (pretty much just the DE-10).


But, yeah. Speed is capped once your Pistol Speed skill is at 100 or greater.
