Thread: What Skill for DE-10 Cert?

What skill must you have to get the certification for the DE-10? I've looked and looked as much as humanly possible, but I guess I'm blind, please help me out!

You have to be a Master Pistoleer.

Hehe, they had to give us Master Pistoleers something that sets us apart from everybody else. Personally I would have preferred some new specials and more speed and accuracy mods.
