OK. For instance. Your "PistolAccuracy Mod" is at100, and your "PistolAccuracy While Moving Mod" is 30. If you are moving while you are firing does yourregular pistol accuracy mod come into play? That would mean your total pistol accuracy when you are moving is 130, giving you a better chance to hit. Im a Master Pistoleer(and BH pistol 4) , and I notice that my "Pistol Accuracy While Moving Mod" is better than the "Pistol Accuracy WhileStanding Mod". Is this because by default, if you run and attack your Acc is lessened? PLEASE post comments

Well if you have 100 pistol accuracy and +30 while moving, you do NOT have 130 while moving because of the penalty for moving. The +30 while moving just evens it out more to keep it closer to your non-moving accuracy.

If you just take the Pistoleer profession with no CA/AAs, then Accuracy While Moving, and Accuracy While Standing are just enough to counter the accuracy penalties you naturally incur when shooting while standing or moving. Firing in a Standing position gives you a -15 Accuracy penalty. Firing while Kneeling is +/- 0. Firing while Prone is +15. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The Pistol Accuracy While Standing +15 mod you get from Stances III negates that penalty, but it doesn't give you an actual bonus while standing.
Firing while moving gives you a -30 on your attacks. Marksmanship IV counters that as well, so again you don't get a bonus while standing, but you don't get a penalty either.
I'd be interested to hear a report on how Acc w/ Moving and Acc w/ Standing tapes affect accuracy.

Yeah - I always thought this difference was kinda stupid. The bonuses offset the penalties for the stances (moving/standing) which in effect makes moving the "default" mode. I mean if you are going to have, essentially, +0 to hit while standing and +0 to hit while moving - wouldn't you choose moving? It gives your enemies a penalty to hit and causes you no adverse effects.
Not very realistic - if I'm moving around I should be less acurate than if I am standing still shooting, not equal.
But this is all mute once the CU is published - I just hope glaring things like this don't show up there too....

I think this is by design. Pistoleers are supposed to be stronger on defense than other Ranged combatants. They're supposed to be highly mobile, nimble soldiers who can weave through a mob of opponents quickly.
I think these bonuses all serve a Pistoleer well. We will never be able to match a Carbineer or Rifleman in DPS, but we will have the advantage of being able to move (avoid their fire) and attack with much better effect than either of them.
It's all part of that give and take that equals balance.
