Pistoleer does not. Smuggler does, Carbineer does, and Rifleman do. We have Stopping shot which is a great root.

I guess it's a bijou bugette, but occaisionally some as yet unknown combination of my pistoleer specials seems to have an effect very similar to a snare which never seems to wear off.

Next time it happens I'll try and remember what I did to cause it.

If anyone's still watching... happened to me again last night - don't think it's anything I'm doing specifically, think sometimes the monster AI is messing up and the mobs just start moving slow. Though whenit doeshappen it seems to beafter a confusion or AoE attack like fan shot (not reliable by any means though - happens once every 3 or 4 lairs).
