Thread: How often does normal Stopping Shot tend to stick?

I respec'd to Carbs from a Master Pistol and wanted to pick up some extra Pistol skills. So, just what the title said...plus, how long does the cooldown tend to be. and this attack will be used against Jedi if it matters. Thanks

the difference between the normal and improved is that the improved lasts longer
