damn someone needs to sticky the speed cap in UPPERCASE LETTERS so we wont get so many posts askin for it

Has anyone figured out yet what total of pistol+general ranged speed we need to hit some sort of cap yet??

Speed mods effect your recovery rate for specials.
You take your Modifed Speed mod, and you do some maths with the recovery timer on the special move and you have your firing speed.
I like the doctor combat speed buff and the Squad Leader speed buff. It makes pistoleers shoot FAST!
I shoot at pretty much 1 shot per second. But that is spamming /quickDraw and /bodyShot... sometimes, despite all my buffs I miss a second of damage.
