well i guess it makes easier to smash toes, so i guess they could fall.

Equally absurd..I have commando 0444 for kicks and find that when using the Hvy Lightning Cannon to perform firearm strike it's a rather impressive AoE knockdown. As intended? Maybe. Unexpected? Definitely.
