The best part is that it's still a 275 dps, which is only 70 less than my best pistol, and I can't find any OTHER pistols out there over 300 dps (base, I'm talking base)...also, it only cost 250k..I think maybe he was trying to sell it for 2.5 mil and left off a zero..but that's really not MY problem...is it?

300 dps. well i ahve a pre cu fwg (the one that is a quest schem) and it is around 444 dps

DPS means absolutely nothing. Max Damage, Speed and SAC is all we care about these days when deciding whether or not a gun is good.

You can easily cap the damage on a FWG at 936 with some half decent gorax shards.

just need one shard per FWG right? Not multiples like you do with the krayt tissues for most pistols?

In my experience, the higher DPS weapons I've seen are also the higher max damage and lower SACs as well...could be just coincidence, but that's what I'm finding...I just use DPS as a baseline then check the other stats from there.

Me too, I amusing a decent Sactter, 700 dps-ish modified with pup, then when my action gets low I kick out the KYD....
Gonna experiment though with some DE-10s, becaus etheir max can get over 1k... I have a bud who had his pre CU FWG 5, Scatter, and DE-10 all convert to around 1050 max....

My DE10 converted quite nicely, albeit not the nicest of my pistols. But it is far from useless, and used often by me for hunting.
