Alright, I don't know if anyone knows the answers, i'm just curious though.

1. Why is disarm shot 1 called "DISARM SHOT" when it damages the weapon condition of your opponent?

2.. Why is disarm shot 2 called "DISARM SHOT 2" when it is an incredibly overpowered ranged area knockdown?

3. Why does Fan Shot cost more EXP to get than Stopping Shot? And why isn't it some shot that looks like supression fire but hits multiple targets?

4. Has anyone found out about a cap on firing speed? I have +109 pistol speed and I'd like to know if its necessary to have it all.

I hope they change a lot of things regarding special moves and PvP.

No idea, possibly changed in beta because they couldn't or chose to not implement weapon shots. It is in the random HAM damage column, and seems to just be the first standard damage HAM shot. We included it in the last pistoleer report..we might get an official answer soon. It seems to fit where it is, but the name would need to be changed if indeed it was just some random HAM damage.

2.. Why is disarm shot 2 called "DISARM SHOT 2" when it is an incredibly overpowered ranged area knockdown?

Same as above. As it is, all knockdowns seems a bit whacky in their application. However, a number of professions currently have knockdown, so it's nice to at least be able to "fight fire with fire". Carbineer, bounty hunter, melee, smuggler, etc. Of course, the BH damage specials are better to boot (torso shot, eye shot), so our knockdown is better...seems to at least be somewhat equal in that respect, don't you think?

3. Why does Fan Shot cost more EXP to get than Stopping Shot? And why isn't it some shot that looks like supression fire but hits multiple targets?

Try them out. Fan shot shoots seemingly as fast as DISARM1, and DOUBLE TAP, just hits for higher damage. Stopping shot is SLOW. I think if we measure weapon delay, we "may" see that fan shot has higher overall damage output/time, compared to the harder hitting, yet slower, stopping shot. If that's NOT the case, we need to show that information in our next report.

My fan shot was hitting for 481-896, stopping was hitting for 575-1083. If fan shot is say, a second faster, it will outdamage stopping shot. However, since it's a random HAM shot, doing less but faster might be worse, depending on opponent. Assuming they have armor/deflector, the most damage OVER TIME will be best.

4. Has anyone found out about a cap on firing speed? I have +109 pistol speed and I'd like to know if its necessary to have it all.

Please elaborate, we can use the feedback. I see you maxed the bounty hunter yet didn't max pistoleer, did it pain you to learn that disarm shot 2 was actually one of the few useful lines compared to your bounty pistol line? If disarm2 gets changed, most people simply won't see the point in mastering pistoleer, myself included, given that it's the ONLY special that seems to not be outdone by every other profession. If they change it, we can then go to "low blow" on the smuggler line, then having our single best special a special from a crafting/perks/pistol mix profession rather than the pistoleer profession. Personally I think all mastery boxes should have top-notch specials/bonuses/certificates...it's why they are masters.
