I fear the worst whilst posing this question.
Do any of these pistol mods still functiion?
Pistol accuracy while moving
Pistol accuracy while standing
Pistol aiming
Dodge
Input is greatly appreciated although i assume it'll be some bad news

No. Not at the moment. I am holding on to mine because I thought I read a FanFest summary stating that they hoped to get to these. I'm not holding my breath though.

I've seen my Mistress Pistolera dodge a few times but it is much rare than before the CU.

I have an almost useless belt now with high acc while moving and high dodge mods in it. it does however have melee defence in it too.

I thought Dodge still worked? And Block. You just dont cant enough of it post CU to really notice.

The dodge food (pikatta pie) does seem to work from the very limited testing I've done. I'd seen conflicting reports on the boards so my CL56 friend and myself (CL80) had a little duel. He used autofire ranged shot and without pikatta pie he hit me 12 out of 13 times in the time it took to get me down to close to 0 health. In the other experiment he hit me 15 out of 19 times and for less damage (I forget the exact percentage less). Therefore, I would say that dodge still works -- at least the food bonus does.
