At the moment i am MBH master Pistols and squad leader x4x4 this gives me really good defense but i was wondering if I'd be better off getting CM xxx4?.. if this is even possible.

Yes, CM 0004 is quite possible and leaves you with three skill points. E-drain is the shiz when it comes to hitting melee. Personally, I'd say it's worth switching. Apart from paralyze and e-drain, you also gain a better ability to heal, which makes your character a bit more well-rounded.

('course, I'm an MBH/MP 0004 CM myself, so you're not getting an unbiased view...)

Atm i have a 950 max damage pistol with 85 SAC just saving to buy an ADK for it now

Master CM/Master Pistoleer + Doc 2002 - this adds all important Buffs (Mind, Health, Action and Combat Speed!) and gives u improved wound heal and bacta infusion.

Master Pistoleer/Master Combat Medic is very nice as well. Great for PVE and pretty unstoppable (if you know how to play it) in PVP. -just get a good dmj pistol

The Reason E-Drain is so popular is the improved version at 0/0/0/3 is a 2 minute snare, but tossing fire does sound awesome.
