Yup, heard that too. You can basically spam it and kill someone with the initial damage from the shot.
I may have to have words about thet.
The most amusing thing for me is that on the BH boards it's pretty much being hailed as the holy grail of fixes for BH vs full template Jedi and on the Jedi boards it's hailed as the death nerf for them...
But yes, I agree, it does seem like an unintended unbalancing side affect of the 'fix'.

Don't matter because, even without delay spamming(Which you could have done with Startle and Disarm shot):
Underhandshot + Concussion + Explosive droid = Dead Jedi![]()

Blixtev came on the smuggler boards and said the devswill put in a target-side timer on Concussion and Panic Shot to prevent "chain mezzing" in Publish 20 or 21. Considering the poor initial damage from the shot and the long cooldown of Conc. Shot, good luck killing someone like that.
To the original poster: I don't even have a rooting shot, but I will tell you that nerfing roots and snares to break on damage would be a VERY poor move on the developers' part. If it is done, there will be no actual, in-combat use for these specials; they will only be useful for escape scenarios.
