Hey all,
I am new to the game and still learning alot. But, I was wondering what recommendations you have for me to take on solo? I amd working on pistoleer and CH and have a dewback along to group and fight with because it has alot of HAM. Anyway, I am based out of coronet right now but was wondering if there were other planets and missions that I could take that would be better in XP and cash? I have gone with groups to Dathomir for rancors and Dantooine for pikets, but am looking more for stuff I can do solo. Any advice is appreciated!

dont do that.. bleeds doesent stack more and the resist the mob has will lower the Bleed damage with a huge bit, actually dont use bleeds at all
. get buffed and kill Quenkers on Dantooine. they have 4.5k HAM and die fast enough tomake the exp roll in
my two cents

be sure to get pistolwhip
it helps ALOT when killing large enemies.

That really depends, until I decided to pick up CH myselfmost of myxp was earned hunting tortons with a few friends or joining an enraged rancor group and spamming bodyshot 2. I was pulling in about 2k per mob right away. But I also had a friend who was a MCH (thank you Fenriz) and he friended a pair of his PvE cats to me, and I ran picket missions with them on dant for a while while he was grinding some crafting skill (holo chasing.) With themI was getting about 3k per picket and they went down pretty fast. Now that I have some CH skill myself I am using similar tactics to run picket missions myself and am getting great xp as well as decent $$ that wayon my long grind to master gunfighter.
If you decide to pick up CHand you get fanshot you will REALLY notice a big difference in your XP totals, I can get huge ammounts of XP by sending pets in to attack a lair, then just spamming fanshot on the lair. The pet usually draws most of the aggro and you hit all the mobs at once. This is doc buffed and full of Vasarian Brandy of course, and with my 69% base composite (and an 83% base helmet.)

Ravenoustortons on Rori are easy to solo at your level. Not many resits, and I'd definitly get pistol whip. Good xp too. Last I was there, I was same skill level as you, 'cept had pistol whip and feign death, I wasn't buffed andI wasn't using armor. Fairly easy place, good cash, good xp.

Kristian is exactly right. This is what you do to start any elite combat profession, Kinetic Armor @ 70% and Doc Buffs.....instant tank. Quenkers are good for leveling up any combat profession, well except maybe Pikeman....the only thing I could hit was the ground after incap.
As a novice Pistoleer I just used overcharge shot until I reached double tap (this method uses up your gun fast, hope you have lots of pistols). Used double tapall the way to Fan shot. Once you have Fan shot, xp rolls in like never before.
To give you an idea, I went from FanShot to Master in3 days and I only play 2 hrs a day if that. After I got Fanshot, I also hunted Vort Trackers solo...17k missions. They are vulnerable to Acid, DX2, and the mission is worth 17k. So I got approximately 30-40k per lair in xp with 17k credits. This is of course dependent if you have the armor and buffs with a speed sliced dx2...preferably 1.7 or lower.
