ok i am about to advance in my smuggler skill treeto panic shot, is the skill worth it or should i continue on to pistoleer stopping shot. which skill is better. need some advice please

Panic. Stopping shot only gets usefull at master because its so damn slow.

Well, I have panic shot and it's pretty nice, especially when used after low blow. Now if the Brawler community have their way panic shot will be nerfed with warcry , which rumor has it will be nerfed soon. I don't have stopping shot yet so not even sure if it's good or even works.

Panic Shot. don't worry about warcy, stopping shots, or full moon. Panic Shot is an area delay attack. The only such pistol attack. Might be the only such ranged attack. It's one of the best pistol specials,hands down.


Word of advice - don't point your gun at a lair when u use Panic Shot ...

Read smuggler forum or the patch notes on the SWG site.

Professions: Smuggler
  • Made droids, vehicles and turrets immune to the delay effect of panic shot.
  • Changed panic shot to not switch your combat target.
  • The delay effect of panic shot will break on damage to the target.





    • They only forgot to add in "And we are going to keep screwing you over while we're at it. NO LOVE FOR YOU!"

    ok what about the defenses that come with stopping shot, and damge mitigation 2, or is panice shot still outway those bonuses.

    well think about all the noobies using a repub blaster, they are making it a novice pistoleer cert in publish 7. hahhahahaha gonna be some very upset poeple out there
