Is there a post or website that gives the current DPS of all the combat professions with various weapons? I am thinking about changing my template, again, but want to look at this information before I jump into it.

Im not quite sure about a website, but you could just check out the forums for each combat profession. Its a great start, instead of being eager mcbeaver about it and waiting yourself to death...
