I have looted 4 pistols in the cave. Two of them had very average stats of a tangle, 3.7 speed 64-109 damage. The other two were a little better. One was highlighted yellow, I got really excited until I noticed the stats were still bad. It was 3.0 speed 74-124 it did however have ham costs better than my scout blaster . But then I noticed the condition, 250/750. Then I looted another that had 3.5 speed 71-121, not bad since the condition was 674-750. This actually had better ham costs than the highlighted yellow gun. I sliced the good condition one and put a powerup on it, 3.5 speed 104-189 damage.

I tired it out even though I thought it looked like bad stats, specially when you look at ones in the 300-500 max damage shown on the forum. To test it I dueled my Master Rifleman friend, keep in mind Im Master Pistoleer, Master Smuggler, Master Teras.

We were not buffed. He was able to put his all of his composite armor on (I told him not to since it had no stun resistance) while I was only able to put my helmet on, cant equip all armor because my encumberance is too high without buffs. When we started the duel I did panic, k/d, spamed last ditch. Let me say how shocked I was on the amount of damage it was doing to my friend. I have the combat log besides my chat.....I was hitting him between 300-500 every shot. Keep in mind this was after he got up from the k/d. Needless to say I beat him within20 seconds probably less. I had 50% of ham left. I had a low bleed that really was nothing. After reveiwing the combat log, his specials were doing 50-100 damage per hit while I was doing average of 400....I think I like this new gun

Now I was pretty shocked at first but after seeing the weapon he used I'm not surprised I won. 6.4 speed 314 max damage t21. I'm not going to fool myself, if he was using a jawa rifle I would probably of been dead.

Either way, I was happy with the new gun....it goes through composite like butter lol. I just can't imagine what the gun that was created with stats above 500 max damage would do.....probably 2 shot kill on buff people.
