391 max damage mod. RP with 75% bleed dot. Sliced with power up it does 460 damage.

I pretty much only use a DX2,I dont know why though. Guess its mostly because its ACID damage and most monsters are weak to that.

After reading our issue report I think I'll give one of my other pistols a try. Does anyone use a SR1?

Another question. Whats the deal with power ups? Do most pistoleers use em or are they too damaging to the pistol? I like to use em to beef up my damage but they really kill my pistol. I go through a DX2 every few nights...no small thanks to the goofy repair system. "You repaired your weapon...BUT you took it down to half of its steenking condition...grats you doof!" Or even better "You horribly mangle you beautiful pistol, please discontinue using it and use it in your house as a display".

I use 100% repair tools and I still end up with a bad pistol in a couple of days. (if im farming FP) I then use it only with Disarming shot 2 on lairs. When it hits 50 condition i then sell them for 6k on the bazaar. Noobs see the damage and not the condition

my krayt genos - even though i keep getting spd slices

but i like the scatter the best - love the sound and the look.

my 1.1 speed scout blaster with 87-225 (no powerup)dmg is what i use a lot

also my dx2 with 112-238 dmg, but it's so slow, like 2.6 or something

My favorite is my scatter pistol, for the style, the sound it makes and high min damage.

I use a featherweight FWG5 the most. The +5 dodge +5 sea’s make me a harder target to hit. I use a light SR Combat Pistol a lot too. It’s close range and low ham lets me spam specials. I don’t use sliced weapons for pve, only pvp. They wear out to fast.

I have 4 FWG5s at 300-320 range that I use.

I enjoy my Geno Pistol, although the damage is 279, the speed is at 1.8 so I do more damage with Fanshot over Lastditch (DPS wise)

I don't have any super-uber pistols, but I use almost exclusively my DX2, sliced very nicely by yours truely.

But I really miss my launcher pistol.

Scout Blaster...hands down.

Never the best stat wise, but I like for looks and it is always effective. Never gonna nerf the SB.

i like the pre-nerf fwg5's the most for looks, 1.1 90-397 unpowered

Sonic for pvp 2.7 150-278 unpowered, krayts are being made as we speak

But all around republic are the nicest i think 1.6 87-336, and i got a couple modified that are 1.9 90-343 unpowered
