well i know there are FAQs scattered all over, but thats half the problem. i dont know what to believe. does anyone know which one is right?
also, it seems the multiplier for health shot 2 is way out of whack. as near as i can tell the damage multiplier is now 4.5 and always hits body. the time multiplier seems really low but i have no idea what it is now.
anyways, thanks for any help

I have noticed this too. I didnt use HS2 for about 3 months, and now I am using it like crazy.

Ive seen 2 posts that seem to concur from ALOT of testing that it is 1.9 spd mod(probably 2
) and3x damage mod. Stopping shot is 5x damage, but the 4x speed mod is the one that kills it...if we had speed mods like riflemen and such stopping/Last ditch would be powerful tools indeed...

When they change mind damage...HS2 is going to rock
Why is that? what does mind damage have to do with HealthShot2?

I am making the crazy assumption that mind stims will draw from health and action.

lol
i don't think the current situation will change....... mind is virtually unhealable (with some extra drink room left and a blue milk or with a combat medic, or those insanely rare stimpacks that heal everything.... yes, they exist, they're loot from mountain clan missions)
and it should not be a targetable pool basically...... i'm not sure what riflemen will get instead to target, i'm wondering if they'll get any targetable pool
i think swordsman target mind pool also
