The fact that master riflemen can shoot faster than I can. Even if I take master marksman. The only way to get speed is to take BH pistol and we shouldn't be forced to do that just to get speed and accuracy...

I was a Master Bounty Hunter, which means I spent alot of time waiting on public transports...

To hit the speed cap, just buy some speed tapes. Rifleman need to buy em too to max speed. But I do think it is insane that they only need 5 points and we need 16-18 points depending on the special shot.

The point being that a pistoleer should not have to use skill tapes to shoot as fast as a rifleman, and that a rifleman should not be able to shoot as fast as a pistoleer anyway
