The formula is 1-speed X delay X weapons speed.

Funny thats the formula that has been posted many times.. If it is not right, then what is the right formula?

there is a hard speed cap at 1 sec. Anything that comes out less than 1shot/sec, fires at 1 shot/sec...

The formula is...

(1 - (your speed mod/100) ) * (gun speed) * (special move delay)

For DPS, take the average damage of the gun *1.5 and divide by the above result.

Thanks for confirming the formula I posted is correct. I guess it was Kevie who is wrong.
