I have both. HAM and slowness on BS3 are a little too much to make it useful in exhange for the modest damage increase.

Stopping shot is a fun gimmick shot, but the delay is murder. To be honest I sorta like doubletap more. Looking forward to fanshot.

There's no reason to use double tap once you have fan shot. They might as well have called it double tap 2.

I am looking to go up a new skill tree in pistoleer, which should I after first, Body Shot III or Stoping Shot?

Stopping Shot by far BS3 has nice description but that is it -- it does less dps than BS2.

Yup, I have Master marksmenship and master stances, saving tactics for last because BS3 is really a waste, fan shot is totally awesome though.

Well, I don't have fan shot yet, but looking at the faq, you're right Tha HAM cost of fanshot is still pretty manageable.
