Ok I have a question about 2 pistol mods. Whats the difference between Pistol Aiming and Pistol Accuracy? and how would Pistol Aiming help?

Pistol aiming affects the 'aim' command and makes it more useful

Pistol accuracy on the other hand affects your raw accuracy, ie the number you see above the target. Both of these are % based I believe so 5 to pistol aiming would make it 5% more effective.
