i have tested republic blaster (energy) and a tamgle pistol (stun) and the republic blaster is far better

as the vulnerability of the quenker are stun, why my tamgle pistol is not the better weapon between the two ?

stats of my weapons :

republic blaster

attack speed 2.5

damage 66-203

wound 25.6 %

tangle

attack speed 3.1

damage 67-109

wound 3.8 %

and i am using body shot 2 or stopping shot to blast them

Wouldn't it depend on the the resists, effectiveness, and vulnerabilities of the quenker?

I think the DX2 is the way to go. I typically stack the bleeds, and chain Stopping Shot til they drop. Crazy kinda fast xp in my opion.
