Well how does this template sound?
Master pistoleer
0/0/4/0 smuggler
3/0/0/1 scout <-- for tents for speeders and burst run!
2/2/2/2 Medic <-- for stim pack b's
MasterMarksman <--- For acc+ and i dont want to drop it!
Brawler 4/0/0/0 <--- For smuggler.
now i would rather do Pistoleer/medic/scout but every one says u must take this smuggler line
i have BH right now but hey it sucks ass!

Would this be decent in pvp or in pve??????
I really dont wana level brawler and smug. and i really enjoy medic and scout skills!
I think this would still be decent why?
I could health shot 2 Fanshot and stopping shot spam not shure if u guys have a knock down or not?
i would be really fast survival at level 4 so i could run away from those crazy tka's!
with a good set of composite which i havei would still be ok.
is this right?

see my question is will my Marksman Pistoleer scout medic make a good PVP and PVE combo??????
are the smuggler skills necissary to be good?

I'm giving a list of reasons why you might be disapointed in these skills. I'm trying to minimize your points that aren't 100% necesary to spend, although i'm sure they would be nice to have.
-master marksman is terrible, gets you nothing. for pve, the ranged support line can help.
-the right column of medic will not help you. the stims you would craft would be poor compared to what you could buy. Also, you can use stim b's at novice medic, so if that's all you want to do, that's allthe points you need to spend.
-you can make a tent with novice scout, and since you can keep your bike out and get on it while you are in battle, so burst run isn't as important as it used to be.
The pistoleer's abilities in PvP are very weak. The dirty fighting line will help youout quite a bit, but that's not going to give you much ofan edge over many serious PvPers. Your best shot for PvP with pistoleer is to stack Pistoleer with Fencer and dirty fighting, but that's getting nerfed. Soooo, u could get pistoleer, sit back, and hope the devs give us something in the next few patches.

Just one thing to add on this... Just make sure that you hop on your bike and run before you get incapped because the mobs sometimes take it out their aggression on your vehicle. I've had some mobs kill my bike first before applying a deathblow. I've even had some mobs forget the deathblow in preference to destroying my bike.

First you don't get terrain negotiation from the survival line in scout, you get it from the Exploration line, so dump the whole survival line. Trapping 1 is a waste of SP. My current scout template is 3/0/0/0, just for terrain negotiation when I'm surveying but that may go soon too if they make it so you can pull your vehicle without a camp. My current medic template is 0/1/0/0 I buy my stims & wound pack B's and have enhanced clothing for healing that makes me like a 1/1/0/0 medic, this is enough for my healing needs. I also have artisan 0/0/0/3 for surveying. Beyond that I am a Master Smuggler and Master Gunfighter with 1 SP to spare. You can make up for the speed, accuracy and ranged defense from Master marksman with Skill enhancements.

My template at the moment, although a bit underpowered from broken specials and the nerf bat, is master gunfighter/rogue/master brawler. My remaining skill points are in medic 2/0/0/0 so i have first aid and can stop those pesky mind bleeds (damn riflemen and their awesome skills and weapons). I was gonna do fencer defense trees but they nerfed the mod stacking, and that's why i chose to go for warcry 2.
