I didn't get the cert (I am master). I thought it would go in at Tech II. Did anyone else get/not get the cert? I assume for the new FWG5 and RB we don't need a new cert since we have the base weapon, but I fear that the brand new pistol didn't go in....

There is no cert for it except that you must have tech2. There are no certs for weapons that are non craftable

Details are a bit sketchy, but here's what I know:

-On Test Center (where the pistol is currently lootable but not craftable), there is no cert anywhere on the tree (fact). People can use it anyway at Techniques II. (rumor)

-I am told that the dungeon where this pistol dropshas not yet been activated on Live servers. (reliable rumor)

-I have not yet heard of a schematic to craft it, but that doesn't mean much in terms of the future. If it exists, it will be discovered. If it does not currently exist, then perhaps someday it might. (speculation)

Good i'll be glad to have a stun weapno capable of real damage and with actual pistol speed. My tangler is a bit weak compared to, say, a Jawa Ion Rifle (damn riflemen and their awesome guns and skills...)

How about the new RB? Anyone know where the cert is for this? I have made a few and I don't want to sell them to someone who potentially can't use them. I tried to equip it myself, but I guess it isn't like the regular RB.

last time I saw one, it said in the desc what skill you needed to use it
