So, i have a question the accuracy skills..

We have:

Pistol Accuracy

Pistol Accuracy While Moving

Pistol Accuracy While Standing

I bought a robe with +13 Pistol Accuracy While Standing.

Does this mingle in with the generic Pistol Accuracy (not in numbers but in gameplay)...Or do i have to be PERFECTLY still to have this work?

example-(these numbers are made up)

I have a -13 on a target. Im standing still, i equip the robe. I have a -2 on target. Now if i was to move it would normally go to -26 but with the robe (with standing mods) would it still be a -26 or would it slightly increase to say -24...meaning that, while it doesnt change the mods as heavilly as a while moving tape, it still affects general accuracy...

i'm pretty sure this is in effect while in the standing posture. not just standing still, but running around too.

in other words, it is in effect when you are not kneeling and not prone.

I asked this question a couple of a months ago, and didn't get any clear responses. The consensus (at least from people I've talked to on Intrepid) is that pistol accuracy while standing only affects you while you are standing still.

This would seem to be most logical explanation (IMO) since there is a separate pistol accuracy while moving skill.
