I want to start a new character, and i was wondering:
1. Is Master Pistoleer better for PvE or PvP
2. Is it a good solo profession?
3. Is going up Bounty Pistols 4worth it? Will it make a difference with pistols much?
4. And, what would be a good PvE Template with Master Pistoleer in it?

Fencer, I think. Rifleman if you can get that master too

1. PvE
2. At low to medium level mobs, not for high level
3. The BH pistol specials like eye shot and torso shot are quite handy
4. Fencer or TKA

1. BOTH - when i was a CM/MP I did pretty good. Just didn't have must offensive output but thats where CM came in.
2. Hm..........about 50/50 I guess. Offense sucks but defense makes it bearable. It has its moments.
3. Dont know. NOt one. They always tag me pretty hard in duels and pvp though.
4. melee profession. any.

1. PvE mainly, but can have it's moments in PvP
2. Depends on what you want to solo, and it's best to go against one thing a a time with pistols...
3. YES, it doubles your accuracy and speed (about), and the BH speacials are very good
4.Fencer works great with pistoleer, also medic can help

1. PvE.... to do PvP yuo need to mix in with other skills
2. You can solo high end Mobs with good buff and foods, but takes time due to amount of damage we do
3. If you are going to use pistoleer it helps to have BH4 or Dirty fighting 4
4. I personally have M. Pistoleer, Dirty Fighting 4, Fencer 3-0-4-0 and am now doing TKM... works well, not the greatest but good allround fun character

its good in PvE against mid range mobs. high end mobs tend to be resistant to most of our damage types.
Decent in PvP. but only with great guns, and defenses and skills from other lines
2. Is it a good solo profession?
depends. if your into hunting hides and meat, its great. if you want to solo the geo cave, you might have problems.
3. Is going up Bounty Pistols 4worth it? Will it make a difference with pistols much?
makes all the difference in the world. firing at the speed capm and the accuracy make it worth it. not to mention eye shot and torso shot.
4. And, what would be a good PvE Template with Master Pistoleer in it?
I have put a lot of thought into this. 
heres what I came up with. though it may seem a bit odd.

Master Fencer
TKA 3/0/0/0
Smuggler 0/0/3/0
Novice Medic
with this though, you will need a fast pistol, or a lot of speed tapes to make it really effective. I didnt go to DF4 because I dont think that LD is all that great. it goves you melee defense of +126, ranged defense of +76. you also get meditate, and power boost. you can heal yourself in the field with stims. if your inti harvesting, drop novice medic and go scout, then get a good harvesting droid.
