Thread: Pub 12 buffs?

Anyone have an opportunity to try out the new Pistol Speed +10 5 use, 5 min or Pistol Accuracy +10 5 use, 5 min loot drops?
I've seen them, but havent used one yet, just curious tohear impressions.

id guess that most pistol users are speed capped, so the speed buff is worthless. those that arent speed capped (non-BH pistoleers) are not really worried about speed obviously, and so they arent gonna shell out any big cash for these super short buffs.

And the acuracy one? Or for those who have yet to fully grind the profession?
Seriously now, there are more people on the way to the top than at the top like you portain to be, or I come close to being.
The question remains valid- If you have tried them, what are your impressions?
Lets leave the negative speculation for some other thread about broken specials,and lets get on to objectively examining "content" as it arises. There will be plenty of time for you to go on about the uselessness of it after we know what it does.
What does it stack with, what does it prevent you from taking, does it in fact make a mathmatical diference as it states, does it have disadvantages... are all questions that come first. After they have been answered, I'll gladly join you on the critic's band wagon should it truly prove to be useless.
Since there is no cap to Pistol Accuracy, and actual Pistoleers spend agreat deal of time below speed cap, I doubtthey will be useless.

I used the accuracy one today during a duel against some one with dodge food going works pretty good and I don't think it fills your stomach so it can come in handy when dueling' pvp'in those dodge stackers. And besides most fights (pvp, duel and Bh missions) don't last more than 5 min's anyway

Have yet to meet a pistoleer/BH that can beat me as speed caped Pistols/smuggler

think about it....5 min duration....thats 1 lair
how is that going to possibly effect anything at all? even if you are the lowlyiest of lowly nooblars, this is gonna help you for such a short time that its sad.
i know there is no accuracy cap, and im at like 150+ with BH, and i still wouldnt waste my time right clicking this thing for a mere 5 min bonus. id rather put it on display in my house

And I have a +25 speed belt atm, so I'm hitting 99 total.
Even so, I am still concerned with how these things operate, or even if.

well they are what they claimed them to be.... short lived and not overpowerful, but still useful
if you want to rely on them constantly, don't hold your breath, you'll be filling up your inventory because they don't last all that long
i am speed capped atm but will soon be dropping bh pistols and going for a hybrid of the triple threat and won't be speed capped anymore
i assure you that the difference between 74 speed and 84 is a LOT since speed climbs exponentially

If your using the master pistoleer/BH pistols 4 temp then your realy not going to need those buff's how ever it may be useful if your still grinding.

Not speed capped...and I like the enhancements for pvp.
Fairly easy to get in my experience also...they drop off valarians..jabba swoopers too. And on bria..there was a rash of em going for between 2-6k on the bazaar so I helped myself
